Booking T&Cs

•           Please make sure you and your team members arrive 15 minutes before your game start time for the briefing. The time you booked for is the game start time, not the arrival time.

•           Please make sure you are going to the correct escape room venue for your game. (1B Dormer Place, CV32 5AE)

•           Due to our tight schedule, we can not wait for late arrivals. We reserve the right to deduct time off your game if you arrive after your game start time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your game start time, your game will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

•           The game will be 60 minutes but please allow 90 minutes for the whole experience.

•           Tickets are non-refundable once bought. Your game is a live experience like at a theatre or cinema. In exceptional circumstances and where more than 24 hours notice is given, we may be able to offer a reschedule, which will incur a £30 admin fee to cover staff costs. Cancellations due to illness or covid will be charged our reschedule fee.

If a player in the group can not make it, you may pass their ticket on to another friend. No refunds will be given.

•           Covid restrictions ended on 1 April 22. We are now treating Covid as any other illness and our standard terms and conditions will apply.  We have tried our best to be helpful during covid and survive as a a small business, but we are now having to stick to these strict terms to be able to carry on operating.

•           We are sorry, we do not allow food or drinks in our game rooms. You may take a mobile in for emergencies but no photography or videography is permitted in the rooms. Post-game photos are welcomed in the Reception area.

•           We reserve the right to turn away anyone attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•           Intentional damages during game play must be paid for. 

•           Please note that if you have booked for under 16 year olds, an adult (age 18+) must accompany them in the game as part of the team. This is for H&S and insurance purposes.  If you have not booked an adult, please contact us to arrange this.

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions 

1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.

3. Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

4. Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.

5. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.

6. Gift Voucher only valid at Escapefinity, Leamington Spa.

7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Escapefinity Ltd is final.

8. Escapefinity Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
